If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a refund or an exchange. All items must be unworn with all price tags intact. We will not accept returns without the original receipt or packing slip. Orders over 30 days and within 60 days will only be accepted for store credit and exchange, but not refund.
Please mail the returns directly to the address below with the original receipt or packing slip. Indicate how you would like us to handle your return: exchange, refund or gift certificate. Generally, we will not charge you for re-shipping the exchanged product with standard shipping.
If an item is defective please send it to the address below along with the original receipt and an explanation of the problem. We will evaluate the damage and if the product is found to be defective we will offer an exchange or store credit. All defective items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

How will I know when my return/exchange has been processed?
When we receive your item with the original receipt and tags, we will refund your credit card and notify you via email. If you originally paid with another method such as gift certificate, or received the item as a gift, you will receive online credit. If you have sent us an item to be returned, but have not received a confirmation email within two business days, please contact us at admin@locomotion1929.com.

Gift Certificate Guideline
All Gift certificates or Gift Cards can be redeemed online at www.locomotion1929.com. There is no expiration date on either gift certificate or gift cards. Simply enter the gift certificate ID number into the promotional code box during check out, and your order amount will be reduced by the gift certificate's amount.
If the denomination you would like is not available or if you need to order more than 50 cards, simply email to Admin@locomotion1929.com. We will respond to you within two business days.
